What if I don’t have a clear style?

Many people don’t have one clear style.  You might be attracted to a few different styles or elements within those styles.  This is why we would rather have a conversation with you than rely on a digital style quiz.  Our team can help determine the best design tailored to your style and budget.   

What if I what to change the design?  

At The Spruce Studio, our goal is to transform your space into a place of joy, where beauty meets purpose and every detail works for you.  Once we present the design, we will give you time to review it and provide any feedback.  We include one round of revisions with every deliverable so we can make sure to get every detail just right. 

How long does the process take?

Every project is tailored to your specific needs.  After we discuss what you are looking for and your expectations, we will put together a schedule to review.  If you have any critical dates, please share those on the consultant call.    

What If I need help with something not listed on the tier packages?

The tier packages are guidelines to offer clear pricing and service expectations based on estimated hours for common design requests.  However every project and need are unique.  That is why we start with a consultation call to review your project goals, budget and timeline.  Fill out the form on the contact page to set up the call to discuss further. 

What do I have to provide?

For virtual interior design services, we could need measurements and/or photos depending on the services we are providing to you.  We can also review any inspiration images or a Pinterest Board if you already have them.  We will discuss what we need from you in the design consultation call.
