Our typical process includes:

Concept:

• Initial consultation in person meeting or call

• Signed contract and retainer

• Creation of a concept/vision board with inspiring imagery

• Revisions if needed

• Obtain your approval on the concept and direction

Design development:

• Custom deliverables such as floor plans, ceiling/lighting layouts, elevations, sketches, renderings, and finish selections.  Permit drawings not included.

• Presentation of design deliverables

• Revisions if needed

• Obtain your approval on the design and drawings

Implementation:

• Overseeing construction by coordinating with your selected contractor

• Managing furniture install by others

• Installing decor and the final touches 

• Providing ongoing project updates, check-ins and support
